Jana Gana Mana at the Sai Sannidhi Temple in the afternoon

While devotional songs are typically heard at temples during the day, the Sri Sai Sannidhi Temple in Chintapalli Mandal headquarters, Nalgonda district, resonates with the Jana Gana Mana (the National Anthem). Here, patriotism is seamlessly blended with devotion. Established in 2007, the temple has-for the past eight years-engaged devotees in singing the National Anthem daily at 12:30 PM during the Madhyahna Harathi (afternoon prayer ritual). Temple Committee Chairman Manchikanti Dhanunjaya stated that this initiative was launched with the aim of fostering patriotism alongside devotion among the people.
